Paintball Regulator Adapter

Who knows how often I turn the knob in a T9 Elite ST to have it set for 280 FPS?

I have an upcoming event and would like to paintball really do not need to use my remote line adapter for my Tiberius T9 Elite ST. I'm not sure how often I turn the control valve to set it to 280 FPS. I'm talking about the regulator, not the speed of adjustment. The control valve bleeds off the excess, if you go above the set speed. ie. Markers have set to 270 fps, and set the slider at 280 fps, it will bleed off excess gas if you go over the 280 fps

It is for any paintball gun. To know the only way is to use a chronograph.
